“The tour company is EXTREMELY disorganized. There was no communication with the tour company. I wrote to them twice with no response and had to escalate to Viator just to have them contact me. Then the tour was 12 hours instead of the billed 8 hours. I missed things that I planned to do in the evening because of this. I will say my actual guide was very, very nice and drove very well, but the whole lead up to the tour was A MESS! I'm a travel agent and I would NEVER book my clients on this tour.”
